Mt. Kailas tour is a sacred pilgrimage trip into the Tibetan highland. Mt. Kailash is regarded to be the holiest mountain in the world to those of Hindu, Bon and Jain believers. It has got inner and outer cora, where people also like to make a round by their own feet.

This hallowed mountain is located at the trans-Himalayan part of the Western Tibet, in the isolated part. You can view the amazing scenarios of the Himalayas, Lakes and River during the tour to Mt. Kailash. This part is the source of some of the longest Rivers as The Indus, Sutlej, Brhamaputra, and Karnali rivers. Two large and famous Lakes: Lake Manasarover and Lake Rakshastal are located there. Mt. Kailash is regarded as Kang Rinpochhe by Buddhists and for Hindus; it is an abode of Lord Shiva. The tour begins from Zangmu from the Tatopani border then to Nylam, Saga, Paryang (4558m) and finally reach to Mansarovar (4600m). Again it backs to the Tatopani border and drive back to Kathmandu. Itinerary Program

Day 01 Drive Kathmandu 1350 m to Zhangmu/ Nyalam (150km), 3700m

After breakfast, we drive through the Kodari Highway to the Tibetan border. It is called Tatopani in Nepali side and Changmu in the Tibetan side. After necessary border formalities at Nepalese immigration, an hour adventurous uphill drive by bus or jeep. Then we drive to Nylam. Overnight at guest house.
